You see my point.Do you realize how special we all are? You know how lucky you are? The fact you can go online and watch this video right now? Yes, life gets hard sometimes. But I am 100% sure there are so many people who are struggling just to survive. Maybe this woman's husband of 20 years got diagnosed terminal cancer. Maybe a single mom of 4kids lost her job and struggling to feed her kids. Some people would love to have your healthy but little chubby body. Some people would do anything to have your perfect but 20 pounds heavier- than- you- want body…….The fact that you can actually get up early in the morning and go workout make healthy meals and show up in the world as a mom, a wife, a friend, a daughter, a lover or whoever you are. You are capable of doing all those things. As long as you are alive, you can create a life you love. Stop comparing yourself to others. Stop pretending to be someone who you are not because they expect you to be a certain way. You are unique and special. Be who you want to be, and become who you want to be if you don’t like what you are now. #embracethedifference. Remember you are a miracle.
