いつダイエットを始めるべきか?

今年もあとヶ月弱になりました。皆さんは、新年の抱負って毎年作りますか?私は、小学校の頃から、ずーっと毎年、痩せるっていうのが、リストの番でした。だけど、それって最近まで、実現しなかったんですね実は。今思うと、プランもなし、ただカロリーを減らして、運動めっちゃするってやつでした。それで、週間は頑張ったんですね。でもだんだん辛くなってきて、ちょっとずつ食べ始めて、結局自分でなんか言い訳して、めっちゃ食べてそのあと自己嫌悪に落ちて来月から頑張ろうっていう繰り返ししてました。
皆さんはどうですか?ダイエット、絶対月曜から始める!年末は忙しいから、新年早々ダイエット頑張る。今太ってるから、キロ痩せるまで、彼氏見つけるのまってる。子供で忙しいから、運動する時間ない。すごい痩せたいのに、どうしてテレビ見ながらポテチ辞めれないのか。運動して昔のように、引き締まった体になり戻りたいのに、犬の散歩さえ、面倒臭くって何のやる気がない。
Perfect timeって待っててもそれって自分がやる気出さないと、いつまでも来ないんですよね。明日。来週。来月。やり始めなきゃいけないのは今なんですよね。
自分を変えるっていうのは簡単じゃない。最初はきついの当たり前なんです。どうせやっても変わんない。
友達にまたダイエットって笑われるの恥ずかしい。痩せたいけど、ダイエットってきついから、やる気がしない。
who cares.What are you waiting for? 待ってても、誰も助けてくれないですよ。自分が決めてやるしかないんですよね。
じゃあどうしたらいいのでしょう?

ただやってみようかなじゃなくって、何が何でもキロ今年は痩せるって決断するんです。
あれこれいっぱいじゃなくって、つずつフォーカスして、マジでやりとげたいことを決めます。
。自分にあったプロトコーループランですねを現実的に作る。現実的ですよ。そのプランが年間絶対つずくわけないって思ったら、ダメです。考え直してください。
例えば、食べずに痩せるとか、酵素ドリンクと絶食で痩せるとかは、短期間で痩せられるけど、脂肪がなくなったんじゃなくって、水分がなくなっただけなんです実は。だけら、断食日して、キロ痩せても、食べだしたら、キロは、日で戻るの当たりませなんですよね。

どうしてコラーゲンを使うべきか/Why do we need to use collagen

The human body is mainly made of water, fat, protein, and carbohydrates. Collagen is a protein that fills the body. The body is made of collagen such as skin, hair, nails, bones, ligaments, blood vessels, internal organs, and muscle tissue.

So why should we use collagen?

1. Good for the skin.

Collagen is like cement that fills cells and holds the body like an adhesive. 75% of skin protein is made of collagen. So lack of collagen can cause wrinkles on the face. From around 20, collagen production begins to decrease by about 1% every year. This means that 25% of collagen will be lost by age 45. So taking 5-10 g of collagen every day is very important.

 

2. Good for joints 

Insufficient collagen destroys the cartilage needed to protect the joints. Loss of cartilage cushion between joints can cause chronic pain, osteoarthritis, and inflammation

Do this simple 3 steps to get the body you've always wanted

1, Eat in a way that works with YOUR body. Some of you do well with keto, some of you do well with a vegetarian. Some people need more protein or fat and so on. And if you have insulin resistance, you need to cut your carbs way low until you become insulin sensitive. So the only way to find out is to try for at least a month and see how your body reacts. But so you know, the first 2,3 weeks are going to be hard no matter what you eat. It takes time for your body to adjust to a new way of eating. I remember way back when some personal trainer would make me a nutrition plan. 3 meals and 3 snacks. 32 grams of carbs, 28 grams of protein, 2 grams of fat. Total calories of 1200. And I had to do 45 minutes of incline interval treadmill. Mind you, I was not training for competition. Just wanted to lose weight and get fit. Sadly, I wasn't thinking about the health part. I just focused on how I looked, not how my body felt.

Can you guess what is top 3 New Year's resolution in 2017? #1 was "Lose Weight and Healthier Eating." 2nd was "Life, Self Improvements", 3rd was "better Financial Decisions". But why more than 90% people fail yes 90 %? Today I want to tell you how you can stick to your goals so that you can finally lose unwanted body fat and get a body you've always wanted. Keto Pressure Cooker Butter Chicken

 

Since I've been on Ketogenic way of living, I find myself trying a lot more different recipes. I love Indian Food so much but I never tried to cook at home. But here it is! This chicken is so delicious and easy to make. I hope you try it. 

Ingredients

14- ounce can diced tomatoes
5-6 cloves garlic
1-2 teaspoons minced ginger
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt ( or less or more for your taste) 
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs (or use breast, bone-in, or whatever works for you. If frozen, add 1-2 minutes to total time
4 ounces butter cut into cubes (use coconut oil if dairy free)
4 ounces heavy cream (use full-fat coconut milk if dairy free)
1 teaspoon garam masala


Instant Pot instructions

1, Place all ingredients in an Instant Pot and mix well. EXCEPT butter, cream and 1 teaspoon of the garam masala.

2, Close the cooker and set for 10 mins on high.

How to make the best chicken bone broth

 

Hi All

I hope you are well. I'm here in Los Angeles having an awesome warm "winter" and I am so grateful for that.  But meanwhile, I make bone broth at home all year for all sort of reasons. Here are the reasons why.

Treat leaky gut syndrome
Overcome food intolerances and allergies
Improve joint health
Reduce cellulite
Boost immune system

And taste great!

Ingredients

* 2 stalks of celery

* 2 zucchini peeled and cut into three pieces

* 2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into three pieces

* 2pounds of assorted bones (I use organic chicken feet and neck from the whole food market. )

* 2 cloves of garlic

* water (enough to cover the bones but not all the way up)

* Sea salt( I used pink Himalayan pink salt)

* 3Tbs of apple cider vinegar

* Black pepper to taste Instructions

1. Toss the veggies in the pressure cooker (make sure it’s at least 6-quarts), and toss in your bones.

2. Add salt, vinegar and pepper.
