It's already March 2018. How is your new year resolution going? Do you have New Year's resolution? Or you never make one? According to statistic brain.com, only 9.2% of people achieve their resolution. Can you guess what is top 3 New Year's resolution in 2017? #1 was "Lose Weight and Healthier Eating." 2nd was "Life, Self Improvements", 3rd was "better Financial Decisions". But why more than 90% people fail yes 90 %? Today I want to tell you how you can stick to your goals so that you can finally lose unwanted body fat and get a body you've always wanted. Let's dive in.

1. Do one thing at a time.
Let's say you want to lose 20 lbs in 3 months. You decided to stop eating gluten- no bread, no pasta, no cookies. Then no sugar. Stop drinking wine, no meat. Blah blah blah...... Basically, chicken breast and broccoli. Alright. Oh, no more happy hour with coworkers remember? Don't forget, you promised...

Keto Pressure Cooker Butter Chicken

 

Since I've been on Ketogenic way of living, I find myself trying a lot more different recipes. I love Indian Food so much but I never tried to cook at home. But here it is! This chicken is so delicious and easy to make. I hope you try it. 

Ingredients

14- ounce can diced tomatoes
5-6 cloves garlic
1-2 teaspoons minced ginger
1 teaspoon turmeric
1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt ( or less or more for your taste) 
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs (or use breast, bone-in, or whatever works for you. If frozen, add 1-2 minutes to total time
4 ounces butter cut into cubes (use coconut oil if dairy free)
4 ounces heavy cream (use full-fat coconut milk if dairy free)
1 teaspoon garam masala


Instant Pot instructions

1, Place all ingredients in an Instant Pot and mix well. EXCEPT butter, cream and 1 teaspoon of the garam masala.

2, Close the cooker and set for 10 mins on high.

How to make the best chicken bone broth

 

Hi All

I hope you are well. I'm here in Los Angeles having an awesome warm "winter" and I am so grateful for that.  But meanwhile, I make bone broth at home all year for all sort of reasons. Here are the reasons why.

Treat leaky gut syndrome
Overcome food intolerances and allergies
Improve joint health
Reduce cellulite
Boost immune system

And taste great!

Ingredients

* 2 stalks of celery

* 2 zucchini peeled and cut into three pieces

* 2 medium carrots, peeled and cut into three pieces

* 2pounds of assorted bones (I use organic chicken feet and neck from the whole food market. )

* 2 cloves of garlic

* water (enough to cover the bones but not all the way up)

* Sea salt( I used pink Himalayan pink salt)

* 3Tbs of apple cider vinegar

* Black pepper to taste Instructions

1. Toss the veggies in the pressure cooker (make sure it’s at least 6-quarts), and toss in your bones.

2. Add salt, vinegar and pepper.

I hear sometimes people are complaining that they spent a lot of time in the gym working out so hard but they have not seen the result they want. But it turns out, they think they are burning a lot of calories because they did 1-hour cardio; they give themselves permission to eat A LOT. I am in the mood for talking about relationships today….I found this article “Why Modern Relationships Are Falling Apart So Easily Today” I’ve been divorced for five years and I find myself doing and thinking the things that this article is addressing. Basically, it sums up all that today’s relationships. There is a sweet lady I love who just turned 80. A couple of years ago, she lost her husband of almost 60 years from Alzheimer. One thing you can do to improve your life today

Hi, everyone. This is Tori from kickasslifewithtori.com. I have a question for you. When was last time you had a good night sleep like you can truly say you slept like a baby? Personally, I find myself waking up at least twice at night, and I wish I can get better sleep. If you are like me, all the moms out there, I am sure you can relate it. We are so used to wake up many times at night ever since we got our kids, even now, the slightest noise still wakes me up at night. So what are the benefit of getting a good night sleep?
