Do this simple 3 steps to get the body you've always wanted

1, Eat in a way that works with YOUR body. Some of you do well with keto, some of you do well with a vegetarian. Some people need more protein or fat and so on. And if you have insulin resistance, you need to cut your carbs way low until you become insulin sensitive. So the only way to find out is to try for at least a month and see how your body reacts. But so you know, the first 2,3 weeks are going to be hard no matter what you eat. It takes time for your body to adjust to a new way of eating. I remember way back when some personal trainer would make me a nutrition plan. 3 meals and 3 snacks. 32 grams of carbs, 28 grams of protein, 2 grams of fat. Total calories of 1200. And I had to do 45 minutes of incline interval treadmill. Mind you, I was not training for competition. Just wanted to lose weight and get fit. Sadly, I wasn't thinking about the health part. I just focused on how I looked, not how my body felt.
So figure out what to eat, and focus on how your body feels. Then weight loss is going to naturally happen.
2, Move your body. You don't need to run on a treadmill for an hour or go spinning 5 days a week. But do lift weights, don't worry, you won't be bulky. Gaining muscles is hard. As we get older, we lose muscles every year. Keeping strong muscles help you have a strong and toned body. And you know what? Muscles use a lot of energy; that means the more muscles you have, the more calories you burn. Who doesn't like a toned, sexy body? And on top of that, those muscles help to avoid injuries too. But whatever form of exercise you do, have fun. It can be Zumba, yoga, dancing, hiking, walking, or weightlifting. If you can't go to the gym, go to Youtube. There are so many things you can do at home. Move your body every day doing something you love. Stop making excuses for why you can't go workout.
The best part is that once you get to used to it, it becomes a habit and it no longer is the annoying thing you have to do. You actually are going to enjoy it.
3, Do 1 and 2 consistently without giving up. That is the hardest thing. And if you can do that, you can get the body you've always wanted, and guess what else? You have accomplished something big, you have gained confidence and become happier. Make this your lifestyle. You become the person who eats well, exercises often and becomes the best version of yourself.

That's it for now. Don't give up until you get what you want. See you next time.
